NEW RE-READ FUNCTIONALITY FOR THE QBC STAR POINT OF CARE HAEMATOLOGY SYSTEMThe QBC STAR Point of Care Haematology System now comes with re-read functionality. This upgrade allows the user to re-read a sample that has already been spun and to assess precision as well as accuracy, as testing of the same tube can be repeated for confirmation of the results. Troubleshooting is also made easier as a tube can be removed from the QBC STAR, assessed, and then placed in the analyser again for a second run. All new QBC STAR systems have this functionality, and older systems can acquire it via a simple software upgrade.
